SHIPPING:

All orders will be shipped via Australia Post. Shipping charges are free globally, please check your local country rules re any import duties that may apply as these will be the responsibility of the purchaser. We ship from Sydney, Australia.

Please allow 3-10 business days to receive your order within Australia and 7 to 21 business days for overseas deliveries. You may verify the status of your order and shipment by contacting carolyn@gemmaandlapis.com.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

We exchange items within 30 days of purchase and happily refund if an item is incorrectly shipped or damaged:

Please ensure the following to be eligible for refund or exchange:

• Product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

• Product must be in its original packaging

• Request must be submitted within 30 days of purchase

• Customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the item is damaged or there was a packing error

2. Within 1 business day you will receive your return/exchange confirmation email, including our return address.

3. Your exchange or refund will be processed within 2 business days upon receipt of the returned item/s. You will be notified by email once this has been processed.
